Reef and Beach Resort

We had a lovely holiday at the Reef and Beach hotel. We loved the pools, the jetty, and our room was spacious, comfortable, cleaned in the morning and sprayed and prepared with mosquito the net for the night. The people who work there were always happy to help us. The service was excellent. All staff went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect, always greeting us with a smile. Special thanks to Deborah at the guest relations office for their hospitality. The three restaurants offered delicious and fresh cuisine from Zanzibari, Italian, Indian and international dishes. Mohammed at the Makuti was always present to check that everything was perfect and thank you Renalda for regularly welcoming us and attending to our requests.. The hotel has a policy of removing towels from sunbed if they are left unattended for an hour but this is not really implemented. Also, I don’t understand why the stretch of road leading to the hotel is not repaired. Apart from that we fully enjoyed our stay and we will come back.

The hotel was perfect. Loved the food and all the drinks aswell as all the attentive staff from all sectors. Big shout out to Adam from the bar and Basim from the spa (dla polakow powiedz haslo Szakul zeby dostac discount na massaze 😉). Loved the monkeys, loved the jetty bar with the pier. There is high and low tides which I personally find really amazing as I've never seen that happen before in so little time. This is all shown on a board by the reception and jetty bar so you know the best time for swimming. I can't fault anything apart from the power cuts and not air con occasionally but that's not on the resort. We had a letter stating the tanzanian government will have powercuts. The hotel was aware and provided free transfers for day trips and extra bits if you were more bothered by this. We personally really loved and enjoyed the place. Highly recommend and will return❤️

The most amazing hotel, probably one of the best holidays I’ve had, the hotel grounds are immaculate, the people are so friendly , we had a deluxe swim up room with sea view, absolutely amazing reserved sunbeds next to pool and on the beach definitely worth the upgrade , the food was good always hot and tasty, really good drinks , the monkeys are adorable, I enjoyed it so much already booked again for next year , thank you Reef and Beach resort for the most perfect holiday
